The Pooh-Paddington War will continue into perpetuity, as the public rages over which accident-prone storytime bear is the cuter and more lovable character. But the Paddington side just got a strong swell of support — the newly unveiled trailer for the marmalade-loving Brit’s sequel film has been unveiled, and Paddington turns the sweet-and-simple cuteness up to whatever 10 is in Britain’s number system. Do they use a base 10 number system? We have no way of knowing. But what we do know is that Paddington will get his little bear foot stuck in a bucket, and then a second bucket will fall on his head! Two for the matinee, please!

It’s been 14 years since a group of British actors starred in one the most widely debated Christmas movies of all time. Love Actually starred Andrew Lincoln before he was slaying zombies, Chiwetel Ejiofor before he was leading Best Picture-winning dramas, and that cute kid (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) kids before he was helping Bran Stark on Game of Thrones. This being the reboot/reunion era where no good (or hated) thing can be left alone, Love Actually is back with a mini sequel of sorts.

I could pretend to be one of those Love Actually haters (read: everyone on the internet) and say a bunch of snooty things about the beloved rom-com and its upcoming reunion sequel. I could say, “Oh gosh, here we go again with the most overrated holiday romance of the century,” or drop a couple hot takes about how it’s actually a terrible or misogynistic movie. But the truth is, (oh god, I’m about to publicly out myself here…) I love Love Actually, and I don’t care what you think. So I found the new trailer for the reunion short film in honor of Red Nose Day, kind of stupidly cute? Sue me.

Last month we learned that director Richard Curtis was reuniting with the cast of his beloved (and annually derided) 2003 holiday classic Love Actually for a new short film in honor of Red Nose Day. The short will premiere during this year’s Red Nose Day Special in May, but you don’t have to wait that long to see how much your favorite characters have changed, as NBC has released the first teaser — which sees the whole cast revisiting the iconic moment when Andrew Lincoln adorably / creepily shows up on Keira Knightley’s doorstep with a series of messages.

The feature-length Paddington movie came as a pleasant surprise to audiences in 2014, delivering good humor and warm pathos in the latest adventure from the beloved, shabbily-attired storybook character. As our adorable ursine hero made his way through the world in search of a home after leaving his native Peru, a new generation of youngsters were introduced to his kindness, can-do spirit, and unflagging love of marmalade. The healthy box-office grosses ($288.7 million ain't nothing to sneeze at, even if you're a sneezy, hijinks-prone bear) practically guaranteed a sequel, and a new casting notice today promises that the upcoming Paddington 2 will be cuddlier than ever.

On October 25, 1944, a 76-year-old socialite who had absolutely no vocal talent sold out Carnegie Hall in just two hours. Florence Foster Jenkins had no pitch, no sense of rhythm, and couldn’t hold a tune for her life. Yet audiences flocked to the theater that night to witness the spectacle of a woman blissfully unaware of her lacking talent.

Last year we saw (and heard) Meryl Streep sing in Jonathan Demme and Diablo Cody’s wonderful (and very underrated) Ricki and the Flash. This year Streep will sing again, but this time will be completely different…and awkward…and maybe kind of awful — the singing, anyway. It’s yet to be determined if Florence Foster Jenkins (the film) is actually any good, but the trailer for Stephen Frears’ upcoming biopic at least confirms that Streep’s singing will be terrible.

It’s hard to make an exciting action movie when you refuse to break a sweat.

On last night's 'Tonight Show,' Hugh Grant appeared to chat about various things -- including his new Valentine's Day-timed rom-com release, 'The Rewrite' -- before joining in on a spirited game of Hallway Golf with host Jimmy Fallon and special guest Charles Barkley. Despite a slow start -- it appears that no one really understands the rules or even cares about them -- this game eventually does pick up.

The long-awaited (?) film adaptation of 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' is still trucking along, even though it has faced many obstacles during its journey to the big screen. The film cast Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer months ago, and now it has added a big-name supporting player: Hugh Grant.
