The boys of Magic Mike are returning to theaters this summer, and while a couple of their old friends have been left behind, they’re welcoming a handful of new cast members, including Elizabeth Banks, Donald Glover and Andie MacDowell. Warner Bros. has unleashed almost 50 new stills from Magic Mike XXL, featuring old cast members and new, and you can even spot original Magic Mike director Steven Soderbergh hanging out on set.

Late last week it was reported that WB was eyeing Joel Edgerton and Jon Bernthal as possible replacements for Tom Hardy, who recently dropped out of ‘Suicide Squad.’ And now an even bigger casting report has emerged, adding Karl Urban to the mix of potential Hardy replacements, and offering details on Jared Leto’s Joker, plus a possible cameo from Ben Affleck’s Batman.

There’s no replacing Tom Hardy, really, but Warner Bros. sure is trying. Following yesterday’s news that Jake Gyllenhaal had also passed on the role of ‘Suicide Squad’ de facto leader Rick Flagg comes word that the studio is already eyeing a couple of potential replacements: Joel Edgerton and former ‘The Walking Dead’ star Jon Bernthal. They’re definitely going for someone tough and a bit gritty, but obviously charismatically handsome.

We still don’t have the clearest picture of Ryan Murphy’s new horror-comedy anthology ‘Scream Queens’ for FOX, but its cast will certainly draw some attention. Following initial selections of Jamie Lee Curtis and Emma Roberts, ‘Scream Queens’ is adding to its horror-grinder ‘Glee’'s Lea Michele, ‘True Blood’'s Joe Manganiello, pop star Ariana Grande, and more.

Remember how Elizabeth Banks had such a great time during the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, accepting one of those golden popcorn trophies from the 'Magic Mike' hunks? Now she's getting even more love from Channing Tatum and his crew with a role in 'Magic Mike 2,' which officially revealed the full cast roster and plot details.

Matthew McConaughey may not be back for more super-sized 'Magic Mike 2' action, as the head honcho from the original feature won't be returning for whatever delights its sequel holds for us, but the film is lining up a very, ahem, eclectic cast so far.

After six seasons, we're now in the midst of 'True Blood''s final outing, bringing the epic (and ridiculous and 'Twilight'-y at times) love story of Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) and Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) to an end. We've lost many memorable characters along the way, from the villainous Russell Edgington to the Vampire Authority to Sookie's own gram.
