50 Shades of Grey’ doesn’t hit theaters until February 13, but Universal is already looking out for you in the future. They really just want to make sure you’re happy, you know? With that in mind, the studio has announced that the ‘50 Shades’ sequels, based on the novel trilogy by E.L. James, are already in the works.

The announcement came yesterday morning at a special early fan screening of ‘50 Shades of Grey’ (via MTV), where stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson, along with director Sam Taylor-Johnson and author E.L. James were in attendance, suitably making everyone lose their damn minds—and yet, no one was handcuffed.

Both of James’ other novels in the trilogy, ‘50 Shades Darker’ and ‘50 Shades Freed,’ will be adapted into films, which at least gives Dornan and Johnson the security of knowing they have a job for the next few years or so, and gives Beyonce some extra cash for all those slowed-down versions of her songs that will inevitably be used in the marketing for the sequels.

Universal giving the sequels a green light is hardly surprising, given that ‘50 Shades of Grey’ is the fastest-selling R-rated film in history, and according to a recent poll, moviegoers are more pumped for it than ‘Jurassic World.’ Apparently Jamie Dornan with a helicopter and some handcuffs > Chris Pratt chilling with raptors. You guys have lost your damn minds.

‘50 Shades of Grey’ hits theaters on February 13.
