Since last year, rumors have been buzzing about that 'Aliens' star Lance Henriksen might reprise his role as Bishop in Ridley Scott's 'Prometheus.' And now the actor says that rumor might just be true.

During a round table interview with Crave Online for the television series 'TRON: Uprising,' Henriksen seemed to confirm this long-standing gossip train about his involvement with the semi-prequel to 'Alien':

"Somebody through the grapevine, I heard that they're using a digital version of me to describe history."

Henriksen added that he hadn't yet seen anything, but he's eager to get a glimpse at what they cooked up for the film, as is his manager, apparently. It could just be another rumor, with the whole "heard it through the grapevine" remark -- and wouldn't Henriksen or his manager have to approve the use of his likeness?

The actor played the half-human, half-robot character of questionable loyalty named Bishop in James Cameron's 1986 sequel, 'Aliens.' He later reprised the role for 'Alien 3' in 1992 and 'Aliens vs. Predator' in 2004. It's still unclear just how Henriksen might appear in 'Prometheus' -- perhaps as a small cameo treat for fans, or maybe something more pivotal. Though, his lack of direct involvement seems to denote a lesser role in the film, if he's featured at all.
