The first teaser for the found-footage horror anthology sequel 'S-VHS' (that's a mouthful) has arrived, and we've gotta admit -- we're a little scared.

'V/H/S' was a hit on the festival circuit last year, bringing together various genre directors to create nightmarish tales of horror as viewed through "found" VHS tapes. The tales were woven together with the story of a house robbery gone awry and the mysterious VHS tapes the robbers found within.

This time, two private investigators search for a missing student, leading them to break into his seemingly abandoned house and discover a stash of enigmatic VHS tapes. We get a glimpse of what appears to be that house in the first teaser below -- there's several TVs and a videotape that says "Watch."

What follows are glimpses of the segments from directors Simon Barrett, Adam Wingard, Eduardo Sanchez, Gregg Hale, Timo Tjahjanto, Gareth Evans, and Jason Eisener, including some scary stuff happening to kids at a birthday party... in broad daylight. That's the one place where everyone should be safe! There's cake there!

We're intrigued by the brief teaser, and we hope to hear good things when the film premieres at Sundance in the next week. Thanks to Shock Till You Drop for the teaser:
