It looks like the advertising tagline for the PlayStation 4 has leaked ahead of Sony's E3 presentation, as Sony Computer Entertainment America has filed a trademark for the phrase "Greatness Awaits."

The trademark (spotted by Siliconera) was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office about a week ago. The trademark itself isn't all that interesting, but it does serve to further cement the leaked advertising campaign documents Siliconera was able to obtain earlier in the week.

The campaign papers describe a commercial where a lone man walks down an empty street asking the viewer, "Who are you not to be great? You, with the imagination of a brilliant child and the powers of an ancient god." The buildings surrounding the man begin to crumble. People from the small town begin to follow the lone man as he continues narrating. There are call outs to Bungie's Destiny and Killzone: Shadow Fall, all while the man continues asking the viewer questions. It all closes with the phrase "Greatness Awaits" followed by "PlayStation." It's all very Sony, and fits right in with many of the company's previous adverts.

With E3 just a few weeks away, we won't have long to wait to discover just how reliable Siliconera's sources are, but it's looking more and more like Sony will challenge users to be great. The only way to achieve such greatness though will be by purchasing a PlayStation 4.
