Those Minions are at it again! Universal Pictures is giving our favorite bumling, yellow creatures their own spin-off movie for the upcoming 'Despicable Me 2,' and before Halloween officially comes to a close, they want you have a taste of these guys in action again.

Universal must be feeling pretty sure about themselves. Though 'Despicable Me 2' isn't due for almost another year (July 3, 2013 to be exact), they've already green lit a spin-off movie, and now that film has a release date. December 14, 2014.

'Despicable Me' was a bit hit for Universal Pictures and even though the minions who starred in it weren't the main characters of the film, they quickly became the studio's merchandising mascots, appearing on everything from t-shirts to previews before 'The Lorax.' Now the cuddly little monsters will be getting their own feature film.
