Gremlins

It's been a while since we reported anything new about the 'Gremlins' reboot over at Warner Bros., but apparently someone's been feeding the execs over there after midnight because sources say it's not only still happening -- it's been put on the fast track. Hide your Mogwais, the 'Gremlins' are coming.

In keeping with the plan to remake every single 80s movie that you ever liked, Warner Bros. is moving ahead with the 'Gremlins' remake. To help keep the quality of the reboot on part with the Steven Spielberg-produced original, the studio has brought in...the guy who wrote 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter?'

For the last couple years we've seen almost all of the classic horror films of the 1970's and 80's get the remake treatment. 'Gremlins' was one of the rare holdouts, but it looks like its defenses are failing as the latest rumors suggest we may get a new 'Gremlins' film.
