Hallelujah, our Preacher hiatus is coming to an end. Season 3 will kick off a familiar arc for the AMC comic drama, and our first look at the new episodes brings with it the promise of a June premiere.

Welcome to Angelville, Preacher. Following a deadly Season 2 cliffhanger and a deadlier wait for official renewal, AMC’s other comic drama has officially begun production of its third season with a slew of sinister casting announcements, including a Falling Skies fave and Super new villain.

The second season of AMC’s Preacher may not have caught up to God, but someone’s smiling down on the series. Executive producer Seth Rogen confirm that Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy will return for Season 3 next year.

If you enjoyed the pulpy, old-style jungle adventure of The Lost City of Z earlier this year, get excited for James Gray’s next project, a mysterious film about a man on a search for intelligent life in space. The movie already has a great lineup: Brad Pitt will be playing the protagonist, and Tommy Lee Jones has also been cast. Today, they add a new member, as Oscar-nominated Ruth Negga has joined the film in an unspecified role.
