HBO surprised the TV world yesterday with the announcement of a standalone streaming option for the reclusive network, but it isn't the only TV giant looking to secure a streaming future. CBS has announced (and launched) its own pay-service to give non-cable users access to their library of content, calling the new innovation "CBS Access."

Now that 'How I Met Your Mother' spinoff 'How I Met Your Dad' seems to have fallen through, the CBS lineup looks a little bereft of anything we might normally follow. And now with CBS' acquisition of Thursday Night Football, the full fall 2014 schedule looks a little jumbled with 'The Big Bang Theory' filling in for 'HIMYM' Mondays, while 'Elementary' and others move to October to accommodate football.

Among the last, but certainly not least, the eye network CBS has officially gotten in on the Upfront 2014 game by releasing their schedule for the fall, and full trailers for the newest series. The Upfronts may have passed us by with all of the major networks unveiling their 2013-14 lineups, but CBS has jumped ahead in the 2013 race by releasing its full fall premiere schedule. The new CBS lineup will premiere after the 2013 Emmy awards, kicking off with an hour-long final season premiere for 'How I Met Your Mother,' and a host of other changes.

Earlier today CBS went through with a rather late pickup of the upcoming 'Bad Teacher' adaptation, but the confirmed offerings for the network's 2013-2014 slate have a few reveals of their own. Moving right along the major network pantheon, CBS is the latest to give out its lineup for fall 2013-2014 in advance of today's big Upfront presentation.
