Hey, just because they're dead, doesn't mean they don't need to be loved! At least that's what the trailer for Jonathan Levine's latest flick, 'Warm Bodies,' has to say about zombies.

In 'Warm Bodies' (based on the novel by Isaac Marion), Nicholas Hoult ('X-Men: First Class,' 'Skins') stars as a zombie who feels really bad about having to eat people to survive. He's smarter than the other zombies, like his best friend (Rob Corddry), and like most of us, he just wants a better life.

But then he meets the girl of his dreams -- and she's human. And as it turns out, love is all zombies need to maybe become human again.

The film co-stars Teresa Palmer, John Malkovich, Dave Franco and Analeigh Tipton in this zombie rom-com from director Jonathan Levine ('The Wackness'), and hits theaters on February 1, 2013 -- just in time for Valentine's Day.

You can check out the first trailer below, courtesy of The Film Stage. 'Warm Bodies' looks pretty damn funny and adorable, and definitely calls to mind similar fare like 'Shaun of the Dead' and 'Zombieland,' though we're not quite sold on all those CGI skeleton monsters. We do, however, approve of any film that features Rob Corddry as a zombie, driving what appears to be one of those motorized airport cars.
