If you're going to see 'Men in Black 3' this weekend, you'll be treated to a six-minute 3D preview of 'The Amazing Spider-Man.' Of course, if you can't wait that long (or just don't have the patience to put up with MIB3), we've got something of a preview for you right here.

Entertainment Weekly previewed six new images from the film including some shots of Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard before, during and after his transformation. And we'll just come out and say this (no sense in sugarcoating it): The Lizard looks pretty terrible.

Of course, it's all about how the character moves and acts in the film, but nothing we've been shown so far hints that The Lizard will be anywhere near the villains Sam Raimi produced in his three Spider-Man films.

In addition to some Lizard love, we get a new shot of Spidey and some other Gwen Stacy related photos. The one thing 'Amazing Spider-Man' seems to have going for it is the undeniable chemistry between stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. (So much chemistry, in fact, it has bled over into real life.)  But is that really enough to carry the film?  After all, we go to see a 'Spider-Man' movie not for the romance but for the superhero stuff.

Take a look at these new 'Amazing Spider-Man' photos below and see what you think.
