Comic-Con 2012: A New Clip From 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D'

It looks like 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D' found itself in the primo spot at this year's Comic Con. By squeezing in between two juggernauts ('Django Unchained' and 'Pacific Rim'), it guaranteed itself an audience of thousands in a packed Hall H. Now that the panel has concluded, a clip from the upcoming film has made its way online.

Those who saw the first 'Silent Hill' from way back in 2006 will immediately recognize the terrifying "nurses" who are the centerpiece of this clip. Who are they terrorizing? Who knows. Who is that girl? We don't know. Even though it's completely free of context, this minute of footage sells 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D's creepy monsters and icky tone admirably. Although years have passed and the previous director is not at the helm, this looks very much like a companion piece to the first film.

'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D' opens on October 26 and we can safely asume it will be in 3D and contain at least one revelation.
