Comic-Con always has its fair share of surprises and Comic-Con 2012 is proving to be no different. Just yesterday we learned that Marvel will announce 'Guardians of the Galaxy' - their next big superhero film - and today we're finding out about another surprise appearance: 'Godzilla.'

Back in early 2011 it was announced that Legendary Pictures had hired 'Monsters' director Gareth Edwards to develop a 'Godzilla' reboot. But almost two years later, we haven't heard much in the way of updates. That looks like it will change at Comic-Con 2012 as 'Godzilla' is looking to have a surprise presence.

What exactly they'll be showing off remains to be seen but Latino Review says to expect a surprise that will include both audio and video to tease fans of the upcoming 'Godzilla' reboot.

The official lineup for Saturday hasn't been revealed but expect this to go down in Hall H right after Legendary shows off footage from the upcoming Guillermo del Toro film 'Pacific Rim.'

What do you think? Are you excited about a 'Godzilla' reboot?
