Over the last couple of days we’ve seen the first images from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, as well as plot and character details to help better acquaint us with the Harry Potter spinoff. Today brings even more news from the world of Fantastic Beasts, with a list of a few of those beasts we can expect to find when the film hits theaters next fall.

Entertainment Weekly continued its coverage of the upcoming film today, revealing details on a handful of creatures we’ll see in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Though the creature list is still being finalized while the film is in production, it will include some magical creatures from the Harry Potter franchise, as well as new and unfamiliar ones featured in J.K. Rowling’s fictional textbook, which serves as the inspiration for the film.

Among the creatures we’ll meet are the Niffler, a treasure-hunter with a long snout, with whom Newt Scamander shares a “wonderful love-hate relationship,” according to Eddie Redmayne. We’ll also see an Ashwinder, a “pale serpent created from the embers of a magical fire,” and the “particularly deadly” Lethifold, which resembles a floating cloak. Then there’s the Augurey, the green and black Irish brethren of the phoenix (which Dumbledore kept as a pet, if you’ll recall), and a magical dog called a Crup.

As for creatures we’ve seen before, there’s the Bowtruckle, an elusive “stick-like” creature (one of which will be tucked away in Newt’s pocket) seen in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and the intimidating and vicious Merpeople, which we previously saw in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits theaters on November 20, 2016.
