You probably watched the new trailer for Tim Burton's 'Frankenweenie' and thought how wonderful all of the artwork looks. But don't you want to see it up close if possible? Well Walt Disney Pictures is giving people that chance with their brand new Art of Frankenweenie Exhibition.

The exhibition will be traveling around the world, starting off in Barcelona, Spain at CineEurope on June 18-21 of this year. The other countries that it'll travel to will include France, England, Mexico, Japan, Canada and the U.S. It'll make its way around and finally land on American shores for us to check out at this year's San Diego Comic-Con on July 11-15. An exhibition on a new Tim Burton film in Comic-Con? Yeah, that sounds like a good mixture. (Heck, it worked for 'Alice in Wonderland'...)

Several parts of this exhibition will include original sketch work done by Tim Burton along with the actual puppets, a few props and the detailed sets that were part of the stop-motion animated feature. We can't wait to check these out.

'Frankenweenie' is based off of one of Tim Burton's earlier films but is now re-imagined into a cute stop-motion animated movie from Walt Disney Pictures. It centers on Victor, a boy who loves his dog the most in the whole wide world. When Sparky dies in a car accident, Victor uses his scientific knowledge to bring his beloved pooch back from the dead. However, the rest of the neighborhood isn't really happy to be seeing an undead dog walking around their streets.

'Frankenweenie' will be out in theaters nationwide on October 5, presented in 2D and 3D. Check out the video below for a brief tour of the 'Frankenweenie' exhibition.
