'Godzilla' Trailer Gives Us "Courage," Announces Extended Look Coming Tomorrow

EDIT

We've been getting various new looks at the 'Godzilla' reboot by way of Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures, but this new 'Godzilla' trailer teases much more to come than we thought. While providing us with new footage of the cast and the iconic beastie, our latest sneak peek at director Gareth Edwards' film also reveals a more epic and extended preview will drop tomorrow.

Saturday, April 5 will see the arrival of an extended look at 'Godzilla' dropping online at 4 p.m. EST, and if today's preliminary preview already has us hyped, we're tickled by the prospects of what's to come.

Bryan Cranston, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Ken Watanabe, Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins and David Straitharn populate the human cast of 'Godzilla,' which is pegged as "an epic rebirth to Toho's iconic Godzilla." Based on the new 'Godzilla' trailer, Edwards' reboot will see a focus on its characters, some of whom are trapped in San Francisco fighting to survive as the monster destroys everything, as well as some other creatures for Godzilla to fight.

'Godzilla' will trample into theaters on May 16, but check back here tomorrow to see that extended preview.
