It's the season to be thankful, and we sure are thankful that we're just 10 days away from the release of 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.' To help ramp up your anticipation, Lionsgate has released a brand-new clip from the upcoming sequel, taking you into the training center as Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen prepares for another harrowing battle.

This time around, it's the Quarter Quell, and her competition is way more fierce than before. The new 'Catching Fire' clip gives us a peek at characters like Johanna (played by Jena Malone) and fan-favorite Finnick (played by Sam Claflin). In case you were worried that Katniss might have lost some of her sweet bow and arrow moves in her downtime, don't -- that girl is still on fire.

We've also got an exhilarating TV spot to go along with the new footage, and one you'll probably be seeing a lot for the next week or so. It offers a few peeks we haven't seen before -- shots of the wilderness, Katniss and Peeta, and Johanna again, declaring, "We'll make him pay for it." Presumably she's talking about President Snow (Donald Sutherland), but we'll find out on November 22 when Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, and Liam Hemsworth are joined by Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Philip Seymour HoffmanWoody Harrelson and more in 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.'
