Cole Hauser, an actor with a name you may not know, but with a face that you would know, has signed on to co-star in a brand new action-thriller being set up at Nu Image/Millenium Films.

Hauser will be co-starring alongside Gerard Butler and Aaron Eckhart in 'Olympus Has Fallen,' to be directed by Antoine Fuqua. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Butler is playing a "Secret Service agent trying to stop North Korean terrorists who have taken over the White House. "

Because it may be difficult for Hauser to pull off playing a North Korean, he's instead going the good guy route and will be playing a Secret Service agent assigned to protect the President, being played by Aaron Eckhart.

Not sure who is writing the script but hopefully it plays out better than a bad episode of '24.' How North Korean terrorists are able to invade the White House is going to be tricky to pull off, but we're sure Hollywood can come up with something almost believable.

Angela Bassett is also in the movie, but we're not really sure who she's playing. Perhaps the First Lady? Hauser and Fuqua have worked together before in 2003's 'Tears of the Sun.' Hauser is usually recognized for his role as the bad guy in '2 Fast 2 Furious' with Paul Walker and Tyrese.
