In preparation for the first 'Pacific Rim' trailer, hitting sometime in the (hopefully) near future, Warner Bros. has recently kicked off its viral marketing campaign. Other than a Kaiju monster attack emergency broadcast video and a robot blueprint circling the web, though, not much has been revealed in terms of footage from the upcoming film. But that's changing with the next 'Pacific Rim' video, which teases an actual monster attack. So, what do you say? Want to meet one of the Kaiju?

In Guillermo del Toro's upcoming film, the Kaiju are a breed of giant monsters who emerge from the ocean and start ravishing the planet. As far as we can see from this new video, it looks like San Francisco is one of their first stops. But that's where the giant robots called Jaegers, which are essentially much cooler versions of the Voltron bots, will eventually step in to save the day.

While in the past we've been kept in the dark as to what these Kaiju look like exactly, now we get our first look at these monsters and... they're not pretty. They seem to be something like a giant squid/worm/dragon creature with lots of teeth. Definitely something you'll need a giant robot to take care of.

Check out the latest 'Pacific Rim' video below and check back soon for when the official trailer hits. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated. Plus, there's bound to be more viral videos coming our way.
