The new remake of 'RoboCop' stars Joel Kinnaman ('The Killing') as Alex Murphy, a cop who is murdered and resurrected as a one-man crime-fighting machine -- literally. Obviously we're excited to see how this version will modernize Paul Verhoeven's '80s classic, and we've been keeping you up to date with the production with some pretty cool images so far. Here's a gallery of the latest 'RoboCop' photos and behind-the-scenes looks from the upcoming remake.

Alex Murphy is a good cop, husband and father trying to keep crime down on the streets of Detroit. When he's murdered by a gang of thugs, the weapons and robotics corporation known as OmniCorp steps in to revive him as RoboCop. OmniCorp has been providing weapons for wars for years, and now they want to bring this technology to the streets of America for local law enforcement -- but their interests aren't as transparent as they seem.

As the latest 'RoboCop' photos show, Kinnaman is joined in the cast by Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton (as the head of OmniCorp and our main bad guy), Jay Baruchel, Jennifer Ehle, Samuel L. Jackson and Abbie Cornish. The film hits theaters on February 12, 2014, but until then, check out our gallery of 'RoboCop' photos!
