You know Scarlett Johansson as the star of movies like The AvengersLucy, and Under the Skin. But did you know she almost starred in the English language remake of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo? Johansson was originally a frontrunner to take on the role of Lisbeth Salander, but director David Fincher ultimately decided she didn’t look the part of a goth computer hacker and instead decided to cast Rooney Mara. That’s just one of the ScarJo facts featured in the last edition of You Think You Know Movies!

Obviously, Scarlett Johansson is best known as an actor and movie star. But she has a musical side as well. In 2008, she released an album of Tom Waits covers called Anywhere I Lay My Head. The record wasn’t a massive success but it did appear on the Billboard charts. Speaking of Johansson and music: Katy Perry says that ScarJo was the inspiration for her hit song “I Kissed a Girl.” (To be clear, the two never kissed. Perry said that she felt Scarlett Johansson was so beautiful that if they were in a room together she would want to kiss her.)
