If you can't get enough of Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper on screen together, we've got good news for you: between filming 'Silver Linings Playbook' and 'American Hustle' for David O. Russell, the pair filmed the period drama 'Serena,' which will finally be released in the U.S. next spring. And now we have the first U.S. trailer for Oscar-winner Susanne Bier's new film, which endured an 18-month editing process.

'Serena,' which opened in 19th place in the U.K. over the weekend (that ... doesn't seem great), follows Lawrence as the titular young woman who falls for and weds an attractive timber magnate named George during the Great Depression. Serena is a rather strong-willed woman and an asset to George's business, but when they discover that she's infertile and it's revealed that George has had an affair ... well, Serena just isn't that kind of woman, you know?

Early reviews of the film apparently have not been too kind, but we're definitely into Lawrence doing the whole woman scorned thing. Her screaming in that trailer is pretty great, no?

The film also boasts quite the talented supporting cast: Toby Jones, Rhys Ifans, and Sean Harris. 'Serena' comes from Oscar-winning Danish director Susanne Bier, director of 'In a Better World' and 'Things We Lost in the Fire,' and hits VOD on February 26, 2015, and theaters on March 27, 2015.
