Considering that 2015 is looking like one of the biggest movie years in the history of cinema, it's surprising that studios aren't as afraid of 'Star Wars: Episode 7' as they were of 'Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.' Currently 'Episode 7' will open December 18, the same day as 'Warcraft,' and now 'Mission: Impossible 5' has announced that they'll be hitting theaters a week later on Christmas Day.

We've been awaiting more news on 'Mission: Impossible 5,' and whether or not the rumors that star Tom Cruise would be reuniting with his 'Jack Reacher' director Christopher McQuarrie for the upcoming sequel were true -- as it turns out, McQuarrie is directing 'Mission: Impossible 5,' unless our eyes deceive us.

Just a few months before filming was scheduled to begin, Tom Cruise has abruptly left Warner Bros.' planned remake of the classic '60s TV series 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' But one action-packed remake of an old spy TV show's loss is another's gain. Cruise will instead focus his attention on 'Mission: Impossible 5' which is now gearing up to begin production later this year.
