'To Die For,' released in 1995, starred Nicole Kidman as a fame-hungry and ruthless local weather girl who hires three dopey teenagers from a high school to murder her husband. The dark comedy was based in part on a true story and told in mockumentary style, and it helped launch the careers of Joaquin Phoenix and Casey Affleck. Now, 18 years later, we take a look back at the cast of the film and see what they're up to these days.

Spike Jonze's new movie 'Her' may not get Scarlett Johansson a Golden Globe, but it's definitely one of our most anticipated titles for the rest of the year. The latest trailer plays up the melancholy as Joaquin Phoenix finds joy (and possible emptiness) when he falls in love with his computer's operating system.

If you're looking for an incredible story to tell, look no further than 1920s United States. As the new trailer for James Gray's 'The Immigrant' makes abundantly clear, few time periods have been so complex, so strange and so simultaneously beautiful and ugly. Although it played the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, this project has been laying pretty low. However, now that we've seen the slightly NSFW French trailer, we can't wait to see the final film.

A film version of John Belushi's life has been in the works for quite some time, but a few new developments have emerged, possibly giving the production enough juice to escape from production hell. First, the untitled biopic has found a director. Second, it's started looking at a list of very interesting names to play the late comic genius.

The first official trailer for Spike Jonze's latest film, 'Her,' looks (dare we editorialize?) fantastic. In the film, Joaquin Phoenix plays a lonely, divorced guy who falls in love with the voice of a computer -- and who wouldn't fall in love with that voice when it belong to Scarlett Johansson?!

By all accounts, Joaquin Phoenix is considered an Oscar frontrunner for his performance in 'The Master.' The only problem is that Phoenix himself wants no part of it. When asked about the possibility of an Oscar nomination, Phoenix took the chance to call the Academy Awards the "stupidest thing in the whole world."
