Weekend Box Office Report
Some will call this a slow weekend, but it may be better to think of it as the calm before the storm. Next week, the summer movie season begins and people are saving their pennies for 'Iron Man 3,' so it's not really surprising that this was an uneventful couple of days at the multiplex. At least the folks behind 'Pain and Gain' can be glad that their film led an otherwise quiet weekend.

'Pain and Gain' - the new Michael Bay film starring Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson - is insane. And we mean that in the best possible way. Don't believe us? We have a brand new exclusive 'Pain and Gain' clip that can prove it! It's NSFW and it's very funny.

I watch a lot of 'Project Runway.' My wife likes it -- and, yeah, I like it too. A show dedicated to fashion design that features creative and powerful women is a weird thing to think about while watching a Michael Bay movie but that's exactly what I did during 'Pain and Gain.' Bay could learn a thing or two from that show about editing. Not in the cinematic, cutting shots together sense; that he'

The ‘Pain and Gain’ promotional train has fully left the station: with the release of a new poster and a batch of images just the other day and now a couple of clips to get you pumped (pun intended) for the Michael Bay flick. Check out Rebel Wilson playing doctor with Anthony Mackie, and an unsuccessful kidnapping attempt after the break!

Flexing its way into theaters in a few weeks is Michael Bay's 'Pain and Gain,' an action-comedy about meatheads whose dreams are significantly bigger than their brains. A new poster for the film has appeared online accompanied by a slew of pics, and of course it's dominated by Dwayne Johnson's pecs. How could it not be?

Michael Bay's 'Pain and Gain' has just released a red-band NSFW trailer, and it shows something we already knew about the film: It was going to be a bit brutal. It's been almost a year since we first saw a picture of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson barbequing a hand, but that appears to be only one part of the demented goings on in the film, as evinced by this new trailer.

In what amounts to the smallest film in Michael Bay's oversized career, we can't wait to see his 'Pain and Gain' for so many reasons. For one, there's Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson paired together, for another we're curious to see what Michael Bay will do with the source material (which, if you haven't read the article it's based on, you should). This new TV spot plays up the goofine

Can Michael Bay make a comedy? Let's rephrase that: can he make an intentional comedy? That's the big question surrounding 'Pain and Gain,' the based-on-a-true-story bodybuilding crime movie starring Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson. Although we don't know if Bay is built for this kind of film, everything we've seen from this thing has looked incredibly slick. The newest TV spot is no exception. R

'Pain & Gain' - which stars Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson - already feels like no other Michael Bay movie before it. Sure it's got the usual slick, lens-flared look, the girls in bikinis and dudes with guns but this movie feels more like a Coen Bros. movie on steroids. Check out the 'Pain & Gain' trailer below and you'll see what we mean.
