Yet another villain has been added to the lineup for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, which already boasts Shredder, Baxter Stockman, Bebop and Rocksteady, and — if reports are to be believed — Krang. On top of all of those baddies, the upcoming sequel has also added Karai, the daughter of Foot Clan leader Shredder.

Per Deadline, Brittany Ishibashi has joined the cast of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 as Karai, daughter of Shredder. Karai briefly appeared in the first TMNT film in 2014, played by Minae Noji. Now that her role has been expanded, Noji has been replaced by Ishibashi, best known for her roles in Emily Owens, M.D. and Political Animals.

In the original comics, Karai is a leader of the Foot Clan — in fact, she holds a higher position than her own father. But in subsequent versions of TMNT, Karai was the adopted daughter of Shredder and sometimes even joined forces with the Turtles. It’s unclear if Karai will switch sides and align herself with the good guys in the upcoming sequel.

Megan Fox, William Fichtner and Will Arnett are reprising their roles for the sequel, which also features Tyler Perry as Baxter Stockman, Stephen Amell as Casey Jones, Brian Tee as Shredder and Gary Anthony Williams as the voice of Bebop. Rocksteady has yet to be cast.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is being directed by Earth to Echo helmer David Green, and hits theaters on June 3, 2016.
