Ready or not, the next installment in the Terminator franchise is coming soon. This quartet of international trailers offers up new footage, and while some of it is a bit repetitive (how many times can you listen to Arnold Schwarzenegger say “I’ll be back”? Four, apparently), there are some interesting action pieces we haven’t seen before. Matt Smith is still conspicuously absent, however.

It’s strange how Paramount is hiding Smith’s part in the film, whatever it is, and the first character images released a while back (you know, the ones where everyone is hilariously shouting while firing guns) were the only proof that he’s in Terminator Genisys at all.

Regardless of Smith’s curiously continued absence from promotional materials, these new international trailers do show off the film’s action sequences, which look kind of exciting, as well as the new, deadlier Terminator foe. And you get to see more of Arnold Schwarzenegger fighting his younger self, which should be interesting, at the very least.

When John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the human resistance, sends Sgt. Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back to 1984 to protect Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) and safeguard the future, an unexpected turn of events creates a fractured timeline. Now, Sgt. Reese finds himself in a new and unfamiliar version of the past, where he is faced with unlikely allies, including the Guardian (Arnold Schwarzenegger), dangerous new enemies, and an unexpected new mission: To reset the future…

Terminator Genisys hits theaters on July 1.
