At this point everybody's still swept up in what we like to call 'Avengers' Fever. Practically everyone you know at this point has seen Marvel Studios' 'The Avengers' at least once and many have seen it multiple times. But aren't you the least bit curious as to how all the characters land in Marvel's monstrous timeline?

The awesome folk at Marvel Studios thought it would be a brilliant idea to lay out how all of the individual movies connect together in a long, drawn-out time map that culminates to 'The Avengers.' It's not just simply placing 'Iron Man' in front of 'Iron Man 2.' It's a lot more complicated than that, which you'll see in the image below.

The coolest thing about this map is how it basically shows off how much time and effort everyone at Marvel Studios took into interweaving this universe together. When you're dealing with 'Captain America: The First Avenger,' it's easy to place it before 'Iron Man' and 'The Incredible Hulk,' but then you get into 'Thor' which is before and after 'Captain America' in some ways.

By the way Marvel, shouldn't Bruce Banner's exposure be listed from Ang Lee's 'Hulk' and not the Edward Norton-starring 'Incredible Hulk'?

Take a look at the huge list below. In case you were wondering, AIM means "After Iron Man" and BIM means "Before Iron Man."
