
Here’s the Full List of Theaters Where You Can See ‘The Hateful Eight’ In 70mm

Despite reports last week that Quentin Tarantino‘s The Hateful Eight would open in 70mm on only 50 screens, the original plan for the roadshow to open on 100 screens is still intact. On Monday, The Weinstein Company released the official list of theaters that will show Tarantino’s western in its 70mm form, with a musical overture, intermission and a special program souvenir. The film will open in 70mm on Christmas Day in 44 markets for a limited one-week run, followed by a wide digital theatrical release on January 1.
