Verne Troyer, the 2-foot-8-inch actor who starred as Dr. Evil's mischievous right-hand man in the 'Austin Powers' film franchise, is shopping a tell-all autobiography. And insiders say it could be quite scandalous.

The 43-year-old Troyer may be one of the shortest men in the world, but you wouldn't know it by how he's lived his life. He's been a successful actor for years, and in between, he's proven himself to be quite the party-boy.

Stints on reality shows like 'The Surreal Life' and 'Celebrity Big Brother' have revealed he likes to drink -- and he definitely likes the ladies. The diminutive actor is a regular visitor to the Playboy mansion, and back in 2008, he made headlines when a private sex tape was leaked to the public. Sources say he'll spill about all of it in his book (whether we want to hear it or not).

In addition, Troyer will reportedly tell celebrity stories and name names. And since he's worked with everyone from Mike Myers to Jim Carrey to 'Harry Potter' star Daniel Radcliffe, he probably has an inside scoop few have or are at least willing to talk about.

But we'll all have to wait a bit longer before Troyer dishes the dish. Several chapters of the book are done but he hasn't yet found a publisher. That said, insiders say he's "confident he will get a deal."
