Could The Vision Be the Next Superhero Joining ‘Avengers 2’?

Marvel fans have been contemplating like crazy what other superheroes may pop their heads in for 'The Avengers 2' a couple of years from now. Thankfully one fan came up with an absolutely brilliant idea for a beloved character that would perfectly fit in the Marvel movie universe.

Firstly, if you haven't watched 'The Avengers' then turn away now because this article deals with some very spoiler-heavy stuff. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's talk about the future of Agent Coulson, shall we?

We all know that Agent Couslon unfortunately passed towards the third act of 'The Avengers,' and although many fans (including myself) are convinced that there's a chance that he's still alive we're probably wrong. But recently an artist did an absolutely brilliant sculpting of Agent Coulson as none other than Vision. Check out the sculptures below, courtesy of Badass Digest.

You're wondering wait, how would that work? Well in the Marvel comic universe Vision is an android creation of Ultron who was assembled with pieces of the android Human Torch formed back in the 1940s. When The Avengers came across him they implanted the brainwaves of Wonder Man, and thus he was a good guy for awhile before it backfired in due time. But replace Wonder Man with Agent Coulson's brainwaves and we've got ourselves one heck of a twist. Plenty of fans have always seen Agent Coulson at this point as a hero in his own way, but to suddenly make him The Vision? He's already a pretty badass character, but to make him The Vision would simply be epic. Nothing but smiles here.
