Easily two of the most beloved movies within the history of cinema has to be Francis Ford Coppola's 'The Godfather' and 'The Godfather Part II.' They were instant classics that have stood the test of time and are still loved by many and rewatched a million times over by people across the globe each year. And no you'll have the chance to rewatch it again - in a movie theater.
Cinemark has been bringing the magic of those thrilling, dramatic and utterly quotable movie saga back to the big screen with the help of Paramount Pictures, cinematographer Gordon Willis, archivist Robert Harris and even master filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola. They've already succeeded once before, showing off for one night only an official gorgeous restoration of 'The Godfather,' but they've announced that they're doing the same state-of-the-art remaster all over again, this time with 'The Godfather Part II' just in time for the movie's 40th anniversary.

Paramount and Cinemark are teaming up for an exclusive one night only Cinemark XD presentation of 'The Godfather Part II' on April 19, 2012.

"It's hard to imagine any sequel matching or out-performing it's predecessor, but 'The Godfather Part II' did just that," states James Meredith, Vice President of Marketing for Cinemark Theaters. "We are very pleased that Paramount is providing us the opportunity to present this award-winning classic film on our XD screens and give it a true big-screen treatment once again."

'The Godfather Part II' begins where the first movie left off, with the young Michael Corleone (Al Pacino) finally descending into power as the new head of the family. At the same time, we're brought back through time to see how a young Don Vito Corleone (Robert De Niro) starts out as he first moves from Italy to early America.

What is your favorite line from 'The Godfather Part II' and which do you prefer to watch more, the first or the second movie (obviously not the third)?
