Jeremy Renner had a huge summer with 'The Avengers' and 'The Bourne Legacy' and he's following that up with...'Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters?' This is one trailer you're just going to have to see for yourself but rest assured, this isn't your grandma's fairy tale.

'Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters' may sound like some half-assed 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter' but the movie actually comes with a decent pedigree. It stars Oscar-winner Renner and once Bond girl Gemma Arterton and was produced, believe it or not, by Will Ferrell. (It was also directed by Tommy Wirkola who's last film, 'Dead Snow,' was a cult hit.)

The film has seen some problems, recently being delayed over 10 months and dumped to an early January 2013 release, but the trailer is finally here and well, it looks like a movie about a grown-up Hansel and Gretel fighting monsters.

We have some faith that the movie itself can be entertaining but this trailer seems intent on selling it as more akin to 'Snow White and the Huntsman' (whereas we think it'll be slightly campier than that film).

Take a look below at the 'Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters' trailer and let us know what you think.
