We knew from the moment Will Arnett officially joined 'Raising Hope' creator Greg Garcia's upcoming CBS comedy pilot, it meant bad news for the remainder of 'Up All Night.' Now, its latest casting might be bad news for another series, as 'Justified' Emmy-winner Margo Martindale has signed on for the pilot, making her future with FX's recently renewed 'The Americans' doubtful. Find out about Margo Martindale's new CBS Role with Will Arnett inside!

Whether or not you're interested in adding another multi-camera sitcom to CBS' lineup, you'd be hard-pressed to deny the appeal of Greg Garcia's upcoming pilot cast. Previously wooing 'Arrested Development' and 'Up All Night' star Will Arnett to the leading role of divorced man Jack, the CBS multi-camera comedy has now added 'The Americans' star and 'Justified' Emmy-winner Margo Martindale to play Jack's mother, a woman experiencing marital troubles of her own.

Though not a series regular, Martindale currently plays a large role on recently renewed FX drama 'The Americans,' suggesting her character "Granny" Claudia may not last the season. Martindale will also soon make a guest appearance on FOX's 'New Girl,' playing Nick Miller (Jake Johnson)'s mother when the gang travels to Chicago.

Well, what say you? Are you interested in CBS' forthcoming pilot, or would you rather see Arnett keep with 'Up All Night' and Margo Martindale's character remain with 'The Americans'? Give us your thoughts in the comments below!
