‘Rock Of Ages’ Poster Ready to Rock

Are you ready to rock? This brand spanking new poster for the upcoming movie musical 'Rock of Ages' certainly is. It may as well have been born to rock. Okay, not really, but it is a better Photoshopped poster than most of the ones that have come out recently, and at least everybody's limbs are proportional.

What's one of the things that should automatically lure you to this movie, other than the fact that Tom Cruise is acting like a rock god? Well, we can't forget the rest of the stellar cast that includes Diego Boneta, Julianne Hough, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Malin Akerman, Bryan Cranston, Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti and Mary J. Blige. Try saying that all in one breath, phew.

Okay, that's not the only thing that should lure you into the movie. There's also the selection of music that comes from different 80s bands like Def Leppard, Poison, Twisted Sister and so many more. Yes, now you can make the comparison to 'Mamma Mia!' in regards to most of the songs being past hits from the Billboard charts.

But let us not forget what the story is about. It's set in 1987 where a Drew (Boneta) and Sherrie (Hough) meet on the Sunset Strip where they're both trying to chase after their dreams in the big city. They end up immediately falling for each other and have to go through a series of obstacles not only for their love to survive but for them to make it into the big time.
