Strider Trailer: Hiryu Returns in HD

Capcom surprised quite a few people today with an announcement at San Diego Comic Con, letting loose with the news that a new Strider game will be headed to consoles.

Strider Hiryu is back in a big, bad way! The ninja will be traversing a 3D world on a 2D plane, slicing and dicing everything in his path with his Cypher attacks. There's very little information known about this title, but it has been confirmed for an early 2014 released.

Hiryu will see releases on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game is set to be released digitally, so you don't even have to venture out into the world in order to get your ninja fix.
