As most fans of 'The Big Bang Theory' well know, the show hit its creative stride by balancing the scales a bit and bringing its ladies to full series regular status.  Suddenly it wasn't all about the male geeks, but rather attention given to Mayim Bialik, Kaley Cuoco, Sara Gilbert and Melissa Rauch as well.  Now, as 'The Big Bang Theory' breaks orbit by heading into its sixth season, the show will add yet another character to regular status, but who from the group receives the honor?

According to Deadline, 'The Big Bang Theory' has gotten just a bit bigger by upping recurring guest-star Kevin Sussman to series regular status for the show's sixth season.  The actor has made regular appearances since the show's second season, 15 thus far, portraying Stuart the comic book shop owner whose establishment the main characters frequent.

However, in line with the original pickups for Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, it's likely that Sussman's deal is of the “7/13″ kind, meaning that he likely won’t be in every episode compared with 'The Big Bang Theory's core cast of Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar.

Still, as Deadline notes, the character has been rather integral in numerous series developments, engaging in a brief relationship with Penny, and even courting Mayim Bialik's Amy Farrah Fowler, which led to Sheldon taking her as his own girlfriend, a thread continually explored by the series.

'The Big Bang Theory' season 6 will premiere on September 27, but in the meantime, what say you?  Can 'The Big Bang Theory' handle getting any bigger?  What will Kevin Sussman bring to the equation as a regular?  Tell us what you're most excited to see in the comments!
