In the midst of our excitement for all the new superhero movies hitting theaters this year, it’s easy to forget another major blockbuster: Warcraft. The latest TV spot for Duncan Jones’ adaptation of the hit game is action-packed and features some new footage, and while we’re still a bit skeptical of how successfully the series will translate to the big screen, one thing is for certain: at least it looks interesting.

Warcraft blends CGI and live-action to tell the epic story of two warring clans, though instead of painting either as good or bad, the film will position them both as protagonists. That should make for a more compelling narrative, but it remains to be seen just how big of a draw Warcraft will be at the box office.

The peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home.

Warcraft stars Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell, Ben Foster, Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Daniel Wu and Rob Kazinsky, and hits theaters on June 10.
