For as intrigued as we were to learn upcoming '24' revival, '24: Live Another Day,' would include fan-favorite Chloe O'Brian (Mary Lynn-Rajskub) and have more of an international flair, one crucial question remains: How will the famously-formatted series condense its story to 12 hours, and what might have changed for Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) when the story picks up?

"We'll keep it a 24 hour story but we'll tell 7-8, 8:15-9:15, 10-11 and then skip 3 hours if we need to," said producer Howard Gordon of the new storytelling format. "I think it's going to actually make us not have to do the pretzel logic of some of the stuff. It's still early, we're still full of hope, but I'm sure in about 3 weeks, I’ll be under the table crying."

Not only that, but FOX Entertainment President Kevin Reilly confirmed the more international setting to '24: Live Another Day,' so much so that potentially none of the revival series would take place in America, though at least four years will have passed for the country to have elected yet another President. The move certainly makes sense, as Reilly revealed that Chloe might prove the only major returning character, with the rest emerging as new roles.

And, while Jack and Chloe may prove the only returning players onscreen, ‘Live Another Day’ will have its A-game going for it with the returning ’24′ team of writer/producers Howard Gordon (‘Homeland‘), Evan Katz, Manny Coto, David Fury, Robert Cochran, Brian Grazer, Jon Cassar and Kiefer Sutherland.

Well, what say you, '24' fans? Are you optimistic the show will keep its breakneck pace with fewer hours to tell an overall story? What other characters might you like to see return as Jack Bauer traipse around the world?
