Between 'True Blood's upcoming fifth season, and the current run of 'Game of Thrones,' there hasn't been a whole lot of promotion in the way of Aaron Sorkin's return to TV in the Jeff Daniels-starring 'The Newsroom.'   No longer!  With a June 24 premiere mere weeks away, HBO has given us  our third official trailer, but is it more 'West Wing' or 'Studio 60?'

Apart from the initial trailers, a socially subvertive bit of casting and a potential leak of the pilot script, details of Aaron Sorkin’s latest TV drama ‘The Newsroom’ have been a bit hard to come by.  And while the first trailer did its best to capture the breakdown that got Will McAvoy (Jeff Daniels) on everyone’s radar, the second more on the supporting cast, the third brings it home to figuring out Will McAvoy's personal issues (with therapist David Krumholtz) in order to flesh out why Will McAvoy might just be the next great Sorkin character.

HBO premieres Aaron Sorkin’s new journalism drama ‘The Newsroom’ on June 24, set at a fictional cable news network, and following Jeff Daniels as anchor Will McAvoy, Emily Mortimer as his new executive producer, his newsroom staff (Alison Pill, John Gallagher, Jr., Olivia Munn, Dev Patel, Thomas Sadoski) as well as their boss (‘Law and Order’s Sam Waterston).

Check out the third trailer for the hotly-anticipated series below, and tells us if you’ll tune in in the comments!

You can also check out a bit more behind-the-scenes of the show with the invitation to the set video!
