Thought we were done with new 'Avengers 2' footage, did you? Well, the onslaught continues as today brings us yet another new 'Avengers 2' trailer, this one a slightly extended version of the original trailer with new footage, new dialogue and new Ultrons.
As part of a promotional deal with Samsung, the electronics manufacturer has released an exclusive new 'Avengers 2' trailer. And, in case you're wondering, yes, there is a scene added with some prominent Samsung product placement. ('Avengers 2' was partly shot in South Korea, where Samsung calls home.)
If you're looking for a brand new trailer, you'll be disappointed, but there's certainly enough here for a rewatch, including a new take on the opening party scene and a funky new scene of Iron Man laying waste to some snowbound bad guys.
We keep saying this, but this time it's true (we think?). This will probably be the last new 'Avengers 2' footage you get to see for a while. While it seems like the 'Avengers 2' train has chuggin' along at a consistent basis since the first trailer leaked, we're still a long way from May of 2015 and we'd expect the next full trailer sometime in early 2015.
Of course, with the 'Avengers 2' trailer, extended trailer, 'Avengers 2' clip and advance trailer for 'Avengers: Infinity War', you're probably sick of all this 'Avengers' footage and don't want or need to see anymore. Who are we kidding? We're still anxiously awaiting the next reveal (which at this rate, could be next week).
'Avengers 2' opens in theaters on May 1, 2015.
