Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag Trailer: Welcome to the Assassin Jungle

If you think the pirate's life is for you, then you've got to watch the new gameplay trailer for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag.

We follow Kenway on a romp through the jungle, silently taking out enemies while staying undercover in the underbrush. It's amazing how little people can care about a bunch or rustling leaves in the jungle. They're just lucky it's an assassin waiting in the bushes, and not velociraptors.

Once he's done cutting a swath through the jungle, he mistakenly alerts the navy and must survive a hailstorm of cannonballs. He manages to make it to his ship and moves in to attack. The navy ends up boarding his ship, which prompts an all-out brawl on the deck. No matter how you slice it, this is one thrilling jaunt through the life of a pirate.

Watch the trailer above and let us know how you feel about Kenway's escapades in the Caribbean. Assassins' Creed 4: Black Flag will be released on October 29, 2013 for PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and Xbox 360. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will follow, later in the year.
