'The Avengers' came out over 7 months ago but that doesn't mean it's too late to look back on the film, especially when it was the biggest film of the year (and one of the biggest films of all-time). Andy Park, conceptual artist for 'The Avengers,' has posted a large gallery of some of his designs for the film online and there's a ton of beautiful imagery that inspired the biggest superhero movie of all-time.

This new gallery of 'Avengers' concept art (along with our previous gallery of behind-the-scenes photos from the set), should give you a good idea what goes into making a superhero blockbuster. A lot of hard work from a lot of very talented people.

One of those people is Andy Park, who was nice enough to upload a ton of his 'Avengers' concept art to his blog. We've taken a sample of some of the designs below (which you can click to enlarge) but there are more here.

Andy has worked on 'Captain America' and 'Thor' in addition to 'The Avengers' and he's probably hard at work right now on 'Guardians of the Galaxy' and other Marvel films. And it's at his desk where a lot of the big ideas for those films begin to take shape. Take a look at some of the 'Avengers' concept art below.
