It's the day to celebrate all things 'Star Wars,' and this year is extra special -- it's the first 'Star Wars' Day to hit since news came that Disney had acquired Lucasfilm and was planning on another movie trilogy kicking off with 'Star Wars: Episode 7' starting in 2015.
