The days of Walter White and Jesse Pinkman are officially numbered. Via AMC's Upfront presentation today, we've learned that the acclaimed cable network has issued an August 11 premiere for the final episodes of revered drama 'Breaking Bad,' kicking off the first of eight installments that conclude the journey of meth kingpin Walter White (Bryan Cranston).

Unsurprisingly, the network also confirmed the development of 'Talking Bad,' a new talk show series to follow the model of 'The Walking Dead's Chris Hardwick-hosted 'Talking Dead.' No word yet if Hardwick will host the new talk show, though 'Talking Bad' has been confirmed to run for a half-hour following every new episode.

We suspect that more from 'Breaking Bad's final episodes will emerge in the near future, as well as details on AMC's other offerings, so stay tuned and tell us what you want to see from the final eight episodes of 'Breaking Bad' in the comments!
