Marvel has released 'Captain America 2' poster in anticipation of the film's panel and preview at Comic-Con 2013. And though we won't get to see what ol' Cap's been up to until 2014, this poster promises that he's been pretty busy.

The first 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' poster is here and we're digging the simplicity. It's just Cap's shield on a black background but there's something different about his shield -- it's battle-worn and faded, indicating that Cap's been through some pretty tough times while defending his country from harm. That's re-assuring, no?

'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' follows Cap as he struggles to simultaneously find his place in our modern world and embrace the present, while teaming up with Black Widow to fight a new and mysterious enemy in Washington D.C.

The film stars Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Redford, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie (The Falcon), Toby Jones, and Frank Grillo. S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) will also be making appearances.

'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' will give us a sneak peek at Comic-Con on Saturday, July 20, and hits theaters on April 4, 2014. Check out the poster in full below.
