New ‘Game of Thrones’ ‘No One’ Synopsis Is Bad News for Arya
Hard to believe we’re already into the final three episodes of Game of Thrones Season 6, but for jaws left agape after this past Sunday’s Arya twist, we’ve got good news and bad. Not only will “No One” put the surviving littlest Lady Stark through a new test, but the first synopsis reveals a difficult choice for Jaime.
HBO debuted the latest press release for June 12 ante-penultimate Season 6 installment “No One,” whose name matches the leaked German titles from last week, though the network declined to confirm the final two hour titles. In any case, read the latest for yourself:
Episode #58 (season 6, episode 8): “No One”
Debut: SUNDAY, JUNE 12 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT)
While Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) weighs his options, Cersei (Lena Headey) answers a request. Tyrion’s (Peter Dinklage) plans bear fruit. Arya (Maisie Williams) faces a new test.
Written by David Benioff & D. B. Weiss; directed by Mark Mylod.
Arya’s newest test almost assuredly will see her fending off that ever-stabby Waif, while the teaser preview already revealed a big, option-weighing reunion for Jaime and Brienne. We’d also guess Cersei will be answering a certain request with violence, but might Tyrion’s parlay with the red priestess Kinvara have paid off? Or perhaps, has Dany returned home?
We’ll have photos later in the week, but in the meantime, check out the first “No One” trailer below, and get your tin-foil hats out for the latest Game of Thrones Season 6 twist.
