It finally happened, and our Sunday nights will only get drearier and drearier without any fresh 'The Walking Dead' or 'Boardwalk Empire,' soon to be joined by 'Dexter' and 'Homeland' as well. 'Game of Thrones' season 3 recently offered up a behind-the-scenes look that satisfied for the moment, but can we afford to wait until March 31 for the 2013 premiere? Or would we rather take every scrap we can get, like from the new HBO 2012 trailer? Yay for scraps!

The nights are cold and the winters are long, with very little end in sight to our wait for the March 31 premiere of 'Game of Thrones' season 3. But as the new year approaches, we'll see more and more pieces to put together a whole picture, as with HBO's 2012 trailer. In addition to the myriad of other programming, the latest trailer offers up some specific 'Game of Thrones' season 3 sneak peeks that we just couldn't resist.

Not only will you see Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) standing in front of her - SPOILER ALERT - new army "The Unsullied," but also some fresh looks at everyone's favorite imp Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) and his bitchin' new facial scar, courtesy of the battle of "Blackwater."  If nothing else, there was plenty of sneak peeks to be had in Sunday's featurette.

Take a look at the snippets of new footage from 'Game of Thrones' season 3 below, and tell us what you most want to see in the comments!
