We've heard a lot about 'Interstellar,' Christopher Nolan's highly anticipated sci-fi epic, over the past few months, even hearing from the director and his leading man, Matthew McConaughey at Comic-Con. With the November 7 release date fast approaching, we're aching to see more, and a new 'Interstellar' poster has debuted, providing us with an iconic image from the film.

Empire Magazine landed the world-wide exclusive debut for the latest 'Interstellar' poster, featuring McConaughey in full space attire as he steps out on a strange planet (the one glimpsed in the trailers) presumably in a galaxy far, far away. Also featuring such stars as Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Michael Caine and Wes Bentley, 'Interstellar' sees a team of astronauts utilizing a newly discovered wormhole to travel to the farthest reaches of the universe in search of something that can save humanity, as Earth has all been drained of its natural resources.

UPDATE: We've also added three more alternate posters below.

There've already been super-secret screenings for this film, mainly for the cast and crew, but early buzz is pegging 'Interstellar' as one of the movies to see this fall. Nolan was nominated for three Oscars for 'Memento' and 'Inception,' and who could forget how he revolutionized Batman in his 'Dark Knight' trilogy, but could this next step earn him a golden trophy?

Check out the new 'Interstellar' poster below and be sure to catch the film in theaters starting November 7.
